Our historic Bed & Breakfast sits on 80 acres of beautiful rolling countryside 0.3 miles North of Sedalia.
Our 12 guest rooms all feature antique furnishings and their own private bath. Our King Suites feature a jetted soaker tub, as well as a stand-up shower. You can enjoy the views from the front porch, enjoy a good book in our sunroom, or relaxing one of our cozy sitting rooms. Or maybe you’re up for a game of pool or foosball, or a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool! We also have a Cinema Room with a huge projection screen, theater seating and a popcorn machine. We’ve got everything you need for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

The Happy Acres RV Park is a peaceful community right off of 65 Highway just north of Sedalia with beautiful scenery and a spring fed pond. Whether you’re pulling in for the night, a week, or long term, we are equipped for your camper needs. Here at Happy Acres, we have a total of 51 sites, all of which are 30 and 50 amp compatible. We are pet and family friendly with plenty of room to roam.
